Join us as soon as possible at our headquarters in Idstein as a Designer Apparel & Accesories (m/f/d).
The story begins
  • Design, development, and presentation of brand- and market-oriented products and product concepts, ensuring quality and product requirements
  • Creation of overarching design themes and their implementation within seasonal and line-specific collections
  • Redefinition of products through own creativity, external input, and provided guidelines
  • Translating product ideas into market-ready products in close collaboration and communication with development, technical teams, purchasing, and sourcing
  • Maintenance, updating, and further development of existing products regarding materials and functionality
  • Development of a cross-collection and cross-assortment color concept for each season in close cooperation with the Team Lead Apparel, based on inspirations, trends, and market demands
  • Reviewing existing products for consistency and market success, and adapting, expanding, and revising them according to the seasonal color concept
  • Evaluation of prototypes and consultation in technical product development, participation in fittings and fit optimizations
  • Close collaboration with Development & Product Management
Your proven path
  • Degree in Fashion Design or Apparel Design
  • Alternatively, at least 1-3 years of professional experience in a creative team within the functional apparel industry
  • Understanding of processes in product development, production, and sourcing
  • Experience in project work
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with design and construction software (Adobe Cloud & MS Office, 3D software is a plus)
  • Travel requirements: Trade shows, store checks (max. 2 weeks per year)
  • Independent, creative, and communicative
  • Ambitious and passionate about outdoor activities
