We are looking for you as a Senior E-Commerce Shop Manager (m/f/d) in our headquarters in Idstein to join the Shop Management department as soon as possible. The position is limited due to a maternity leave cover.
The story begins
- Strategic management and oversight of our existing online stores in Europe, focusing on key markets such as DACH, UK, Benelux, and Nordics.
- Development of new shop functionalities to meet evolving market demands and customer needs.
- Optimization of the online shops in terms of user-friendliness, conversion rate, and customer orientation.
- Planning and implementation of country-specific campaigns and promotions to increase sales and strengthen the brand.
- Taking over project management for all matters related to the online shops, including the management of timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Interface management with internal departments (e.g., marketing, IT, sales) and external service providers to ensure smooth processes.
- Integration and optimization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud backend as well as the continuous expansion and optimization of the underlying system landscape.
Your proven path
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce management, ideally in a comparable senior position.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge in the development and optimization of online shops, including the integration of complex systems (e.g., SAP C/4HANA Suite, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CRM systems, PIM systems).
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical understanding and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Proven experience in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the European e-commerce markets and their specific characteristics.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, initiative, and strategic thinking.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
