We are looking for a Junior Product Manager Lifestyle, Kids, and Accessories (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Idstein as soon as possible.

As a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) in the Jack Wolfskin Lifestyle, Kids, and Accessories Division, you will support the entire product development process and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet both our customers' needs and our business goals.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of product strategy, taking into account consumer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with design, merchandising, and development teams to clearly communicate and execute the product vision.
  • Conducting market analyses and competitor observations to identify new opportunities and ensure market leadership.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and user insights for continuous product improvement.
  • Supporting product launches and coordinating with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams for a smooth market introduction.
  • Tracking product performance post-launch with KPIs and deriving improvement suggestions.
  • Contributing to the continuous optimization of processes in product management and actively tracking industry trends.
Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, ideally in the lifestyle, kids, or accessories industry.
  • A passion for product management and the outdoors.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A strong consumer-oriented mindset and the ability to translate customer feedback into concrete product improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to successfully develop products.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with product planning tools (such as Centric) is a plus.
