  • Establish a bridge-building function between store operators and the head office
  • Business analysis of franchisees (forecast, budget planning, sales evaluations)
  • Presentation and sale of the JW collection (creation of templates and development of assortment proposals) and related showroom activities (module presentation, merchandising, labeling of samples, presentation of individual themes)
  • Assortment optimization, exchanging bestsellers and slow sellers, product returns
  • Planning, organization, and implementation of sales promotion activities at the POS (point of sale)
  • Implementation of merchandising concepts at the POS
  • Creation and execution of operator training sessions
  • Regular store visits
  • Support and execution of store openings and closures
  • Independent territory management and scheduling
  • Preparation and execution of product training sessions
  • Creation and distribution of the Retail Weekly
  • Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
    • Commercial training or comparable studies
    • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales
    • Business knowledge
    • Service mentality
